We have a 30 day return policy from the date of delivery.

 

-All returns will incur a 15% restocking fee.

- Additionally, you will be responsible for shipping cost for the return to our warehouse.  Bowling balls that have been plugged and redrilled can not be exchanged or returned.  All refunds will be processed within 72 hours of the returned merchandise being received.

 

- Refunds will be processed using the same method as your original payment unless otherwise requested and approved by Usedbowlingballs.com.

 

-Refusal of a package with the shipping company (UPS, FedEx, USPS) without prior authorization by Usedbowlingballs.com to do so, where the contents of the package being refused are identical to the items ordered by the customer, allows Usedbowlingballs.com the right to charge the customer any fees incurred by the shipping company.

- Any item returned after the 30 days from the date of delivery will be subject to the above terms.  If a refund is requested it will be issued in the form of Usedbowlingballs.com store credit.
